We act as your advocate throughout the remodeling process, reviewing scopes of work, helping compare bids, identifying red flags before contracts are signed, answering design and construction questions, and helping ensure your project stays aligned with your goals, budget, and timeline.

Our company was founded after years of working as both a developer and an investor. We've hired contractors, managed large-scale renovations, experienced projects that went exceptionally well, and unfortunately, projects that went very wrong. Those experiences shaped the systems we now use to help homeowners avoid many of the same costly mistakes.

When choosing someone to represent your interests, look for experience that extends beyond design. They should understand construction sequencing, budgeting, contracts, scheduling, and how remodeling projects actually operate from start to finish. Most importantly, they should answer to you, not the contractor.
